Institute of Health Technology (IHT) situated on 9.3 acres of land with boundary wall around the academic buildings, hostel building, teachers and staff quaters. The institute is located in a silent zone in Dhaka city. The internal roads are well constructed and large number of coconut trees is on the side of internal roads. Flower gardens of different discipline have created an extra natural beauty which easily attracts the visitors, newcomers and passers-by.

Academic Building, Principal Quarters, Teachers Quarters, Staffs Quarters, Girls hostel, Boys hostel, Mosque, Drivers quarters and Play ground. New Hostel buildings are well planned.
